2. How to Earn Points

You can earn points in the following ways:

• Making Purchases: Earn points with every purchase. For example, for every $1 spent, you’ll earn 1 point.
  Note: 100 points can be redeemed for $3 or more. 33.33 points are equivalent to a $1 discount.

3. How to Redeem Points

Redeeming your points is simple and quick:

• During Checkout: After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. If you have points available, you’ll see an option to redeem them. On mobile devices, look for the purple icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
• Apply Points: Choose how many points you want to redeem, and they will be converted into a discount or coupon. The discount will be automatically applied to your order.
• Redemption Options: You can choose to convert your points into either a percentage-based or fixed discount on your order.

4. Managing Your Points

Keep track of your points easily via your account dashboard:

• Log In to Your Account: Visit the “My Account” section of our website.
• Check Your Points Balance: View the points you’ve accumulated and how they were earned.
• Redemption History: Track past redemptions and monitor your progress toward your next reward.

5. Creating an Account

To take full advantage of our Rewards Program, you’ll need to have an account:

• Sign Up: You can create an account during checkout or by clicking on “My Account” at the top of our site at any time.
• Existing Customers: If you’re a returning customer but don’t have an account, simply sign up with the same email you’ve used for past purchases. Your points will automatically sync to your new account.
  Tip: If you’ve checked out as a guest, don’t worry! Just create an account with the same email, and your points will sync automatically.

6. Points Expiry and Notifications

• Points Expiry: Your points are valid for 6 months. Before they expire, we’ll send you an email reminder, so you can use them before they expire.
• Email Alerts: Stay updated! Enable email notifications in your account settings to receive updates on your points balance, upcoming expirations, and new rewards.
